Throughout my career, I have led nursing and clinical operations across complex healthcare environments, including multi-hospital systems, academic and community settings, rural health systems, emergency and trauma operations, post-acute care, behavioral health, and startup clinical operations.

My work focuses on helping healthcare organizations strengthen nursing leadership capacity, stabilize operations, improve clinical performance, and execute mission-critical initiatives with clarity and discipline.

Why I Do This Work

Healthcare organizations are under pressure to do more with fewer resources while maintaining quality, safety, access, workforce stability, and patient trust. Many organizations need experienced nursing executive support, but not every need requires a permanent hire.

I created this work to help organizations access practical, experienced, senior-level nursing leadership in a flexible way — especially during periods of transition, growth, workforce strain, or operational challenge.
